Breaking Stereotypes !! Revolution indeed !! Could not delete the word from my mind even for a second. We have seen daredevils , heroes, cowboys, bad mans and villains falling in love. Here is a lady don falling in love. Why shrink your mind !! Open it wide and take a look !! All that she does to the hero is similar to what normally a daring don does to the object of his desire and is celebrated for the same . Now you know how it feels to be used !! How it feels to have high ambitions and being somewhere in the dirt.
Absolutely convincing plot wherein the so called politicians are wanting to kill any powerful person be it a male or female. Power is elusive and addictive. Power won't see whether you are a male or a female. As a rule Alka, kills, threatens and fights back like a lady-don. But there is child in everyone. Alka is no other exception. When she gets the news of her pregnancy like any other lady she protects her child with care and the don turns into a sweet lady. That's the change every lady goes through whether she is lady-don or a simple middle class girl. The only difference is that, the change is made obvious and visible in Alka.
Stunning screenplay , Well timed, situational songs are also the pluses of the movie. As far as the acting of the actors is concerned Kangana Ranaut aka Alka should have had a more powerful tone. Vir Das aka Rohan Kapoor was perfect in his shoes and both looked totally fab and that's commendable too.
In the end too, the passionate bitch comes out and shows up. Ohh, How I loved the end !! A great stereotype breaker !! Hats off to the director for thinking of such a story.
A must watch for all the people to understand that no one is powerful and nobody is powerless. Its all about what you want to be that matters. People born with a passion are truly great but people without passion should at least not loose hope thinking that they are nobody . No woman, no lady and no person is powerless and that there are always exceptions.
